Problem summary
When using the "Texture" 3D Viewport Properties to overlay a UV texture, if you refresh the Viewport the texture fails to appear correctly. Below is an example of this bug in Modo 12.1v1:

Customer reported version
12.1v1

Customer reported platform
Windows10

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo and create a default primitive.

2) At the top of the 3D Viewport, select the Viewport Textures icon, then UV Textures. This will open a Preset Browser window with UV Textures - double click one to apply it to the primitive.

3) Now, toggle the 3D Viewport from a single view to a quad view using the minimise / maximise view icon in the top right corner of the Viewport.

Workaround
Under the Viewport Textures options, toggle the first options "Texture" back to the on state and the texture will appear.

Reproduced by support
This bug has been reproduced in:
Windows10
12.1v1

macOS
12.1v1

Expected behaviour
If Viewport Textures are enabled, a UV Texture should remain visible in the Viewport at all times.

Actual behaviour
A UV Texture can disappear from the 3D Viewport if the 3D Viewport is refreshed.
