Steps to reproduce

1) Open Example head
2) In your Project Settings, enable Color Management
3) Paint a white value of 1/1/1
4) Bake
5) Open the color picker and use the eyedropper to read the colour you just painted

Result: The value is not 1/1/1

Workaround
There are multiple items to consider in order to workaround this issue:

1) Register a GPU accelerated colorspace transformation for this through the Mari API 
Q100362: Optimising your OCIO config for GPU Accelerated Color Management

2) Color Management disabled does not reproduce this issue.

3) Using the Eyedropper tool [C] does not seem to reproduce this issue

Expected behaviour
When painting an RGB value of 1/1/1, the white value eyedropped should remain consistent

Actual behaviour
The eyedropped value varied around 0.987~ for each value
