Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Open the attached scene.
3) Expand the "example" mesh item to reveal the sculpt meshop and mirror meshop.
4) The mesh should be smoothly sculpted. toggle the visibility of the mirror meshop on.
Result: The mesh will be corrupted.

Expected behaviour
The mesh should not be corrupted by other meshops.

Actual behaviour
