Problem summary
Using Bleed Patch Edges seems to lose resolution details
Customer reported version
4.1v1
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1) Launch the attached project (or any)
2) Change to your UV view and zoom into the texture. It may be easier to see closer to a boundary of a shell.
3) Right click > Patches > Bleed Patch Edges
4) Observe that after the operation finishes the texture has bled and loss resolution. Only the edges should bleed, not the overall texture.
