Problem summary
[NS][Hiero] Imported .mp4 files created by Sony A7s ii (A7s 2) cameras do not load the embedded timecode.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio.
2) Download the provided footage.
3) Click the Project bin and press "Ctrl+i" to read in footage.
4) Navigate to and open the footage downloaded in step 2. Result: Viewing the timecode should show "01:26:00:00" but instead shows "00:00:00:00."
Workaround
Wrap the Sony A7sII mp4 in a .mov container.
