Problem summary Within Nuke 11.0/11.1 releases using the Mac operating system, if you use either Asian-based character keyboard entry formats of Japanese 'Romanji' or Chinese 'Pingyin', you will encounter issues with 'option' based shortcuts with nodes.
When conducting any operations that require the use of the 'option' key to conduct an operation on a node (e.g clone 'option + k' or duplicate 'option + c'), the expected function will not work.
The user must select the 'function' key in addition to the option key to run the operation.
This issue only occurs on Mac operating systems and only in the Nuke 11.0/11.1 releases.
Customer reported version nuke.11.1v3
Customer reported platform 10.13
Steps to reproduce 1) Locate the keyboard input preferences in 'System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Source'
2) Add a new keyboard input '+', select Japanese and ensure 'Romanji' is selected. Also ensure that the 'show input menu in menu bar' is selected (see below)
3) Close the system preferences window and select the 'Romanji' keyboard input in the menu bar (see below)
4) Open a new Nuke 11.0/11.1 script
5) Create a 'Grade' node in the Node graph and clone it using the standard 'option + k' shortcut Result: Does not clone using correct shortcut
6) Try cloning using 'option + function + k' Result: Clones correctly
Note: You may need to disable the mission control automatic 'function' keyboard shortcut to allow you to use 'function' in Nuke.
7) To ensure this is only related to nodes, press 'option + i' in the Node graph Result: This works as expected
Workaround Until fixed, we suggest disabling the 'function' shortcut association to mission control and use the function key as an additional key to node-based option related operations.

Earliest version tested Nuke 10.5v7 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed
Expected behaviour Shortcuts should be the same in Asian based keyboard inputs as they are in English-based keyboard inputs
Actual behaviour Shortcuts are not working as expected using Asian based keyboard inputs and require an additional input key.
