Problem summary
When a scene contains multiple render outputs, if one or more of the render outputs have a specified output filepath, only the topmost render output will be rendered.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Open the attached scene.
3) Select Render>Render animation.
4) When prompted to "Save to the filenames specified in the render outputs," select "Yes."
Result: Only the surface ID output is rendered.

Workaround
Select "No" in step 4 and choose an output directory.

Expected behaviour
