Not all keyframes are affected when using the Ripple Edit tool with a Roto, RotoPaint, or SplineWarp node.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From Nuke, create a SplineWarp, Roto, or RotoPaint node.
2. Click the toolbox for a Cusped Rectangle, and draw two in the viewer.
3. Set a keyframe at the 1st and 50th frame for both curves.
4. On frame 50, enable the 'Ripple Edit' tool and highlight two points of a rectangle.
5. Move the points anywhere and scrub the timeline to view any animation. 
6. Select two points on the second rectangle, and move them anywhere.
7. Scrub the timeline to view an animation.

Earliest version tested
Nuke 7.0v10 - Windows 10 & CentOS 7 - This issue appears to be in all versions of the product.

Expected behavior
The targeted node points should animate for all keyframes when the Ripple Edit tool is active.

Actual behavior
The selected points of the node do not animate across all keyframes when the Ripple Edit tool is active. There will be an animation made as if the Ripple Tool was inactive.
