Panel_Dropped knob Duplicating on Copy/Paste.
This issue can also be reproduced when saving and reopening a script.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Nuke and create a Grade node by hitting 'G' in the Node Graph.
2) Double click the node to open its Properties panel. Right click in the panel and select 'Manage User Knobs...'
3) Click 'Add' and select 'RGB Color Knob'.
4) Type in a name and label then click OK. Now, click Done.
5) Copy and paste the Grade node.
6) Double click the second grade node, right click in the Properties panel and select 'Manage User Knobs'.
7) You should now see duplicated panelDropped knobs renamed to _1, _1_1 and so on (based on the number of copies made).

Unable to reproduce bug in:

Earliest version tested
10.5v7 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed.

Expected behaviour
The node should be a copy of the original.

Actual behaviour
panelDropped knobs are duplicated/renamed.
