Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Mari and open any project

2) Launch the Color Picker via a Procedural Color Layer

3) Attempt to move the Color Picker

4) You'll see it is parented to the main window.

See attached video for demonstration of change in behaviour from Mari 3 to Mari 4. As of Mari 4, this affects all Color Pickers including those spawned via the swatch which previously were unaffected by this bug.

Expected behaviour

You should be able to move the picker around independently.

Actual behaviour

The Picker is parented to the main window and so the entire Mari application is affected.
