The curves list of the Properties bin does not expand vertically with the window when enlarged while using a Roto, RotoPaint, or SplineWarp node.

Steps to reproduce
1) In Nuke, create a Roto, RotoPaint, or SplineWarp node.
2) Create at least 8 curves of any type.
3) Expand the Roto node's Properties bin and observe the curves list.
4) Drag the corner of the Roto node's Properties window in & out, and view the list.

Reproduced by support in:
Nuke 11.2v3 - Windows 10, CentOS7, macOS 10.13 - regression

Nuke 11.2v2 - Windows 10, CentOS7, macOS 10.13

Earliest version tested:
Nuke 11.2v2 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed

Expected behavior
The curves list should expand with the window and display all available items.

Actual behavior
The Properties bin does not display the full list when expanding the window. The curves list remains at the bottom of the window with a maximum of 7 items displayed.

Workaround:
1. Select the Roto/Paint, SplineWarp node's Properties bin.
2. Right-click the Tab area and select Manage User Knobs...
3. Select the Pick... button and locate the line [] curves.
4. Choose [] curves and select Done to confirm the menu.
