Problem summary
When exporting a .wav file from Nuke studio, with the Sequence frame rate set to 29.97 or 59.94, the audio track on the wav file is empty.

This issue occurs when when exporting .wav files and .mov files with audio.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke

2) Navigate to Project > Edit Settings and under the Sequence tab, change the 'Frame Rate' setting to 29.97. 

3) Right Click in the Project Tab and click New > New Sequence. Double click on the Sequence to make it active.

4) Import a .wav file (File > Import File(s)...) and drag it onto the Timeline.

5) Right-click the audio clip on the Timeline, then click 'Export'.

6) Use the Audio Exporter to export a .wav file. More information about the Audio Exporter can be found in the following page of our documentation:

Alternatively, use the attached export preset.

7) Import the newly created .wav file back into Nuke Studio and notice that the audio tracks are empty (there is no Waveform displayed on the clip).

Expected behaviour
The .wav file should be exported correctly when the Sequence frame rate is set to 29.97 or 59.94.

Actual behaviour
When exporting a .wav file, and the Sequence frame rate is set to 29.97 or 59.94, the audio track are empty on the new .wav file.
