Problem summary
Final Color Output render output is saved to a separate EXR layer rather than the RGB layer. This appears to only occur in specific scenes.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Open the attached scene.
3) Press "f9" to initiate a bucket render.
4) When the render is complete, right click "save image" and choose "save layered image."
5) Save the image as a "Layered OpenEXR Half 16-bit (*exr)"
6) Load the image in an exr reader.
Result: The RGB channels are empty. The Final Color Output is located in a different layer named "Final Color Output."

Expected behaviour
The final color output should be saved to the base RGB channels in the EXR file.

Actual behaviour
The final color output is saved to a separate layer in the EXR file.
