ID 290832 - Save Incremental sometimes can't understand the file name

I run into this on occasion and it doesn't always happen. Today with a scene file named 46M_Sh01_v02_SF_01.lxo I went to incrementally save and it changed the name to 46M_Sh01_v02_SF_01_01.lxo

Steps to reproduce

- Save out an empty scene file named 46M_Sh01_v02_SF_01.lxo
- close and re-open said file
- Go to File>Save-Incremental

sometimes it will add an additional set of numbers.

Workaround

manually rename the file.
