Problem summary
The top and bottom edge pixels become distorted when enabling the black outside knob in the Reformat or Transform nodes.
This distortion is not present when enabling a BlackOutside node after the reformat or transform occurs.

Steps to reproduce
1) From Nuke, create a Checkerboard node.
2) Create a Reformat node and attach it to the Checkerboard node.
3) In the Reformat node Properties bin, set the output format to be larger than pixels of the Checkerboard.
4) Enable the black outside checkbox, and view the edge pixels at the top or bottom of the bounding box.
6) Disable the black outside checkbox and observe the bounding box pixels.
Workaround
Place a BlackOutside node after the Reformat/Transform node.

Expected behavior
The top and bottom edge pixels should remain the same when the black outside checkbox is enabled.
Actual behavior
The top and bottom edges of the Reformat or Transform node have an additional discoloration of pixels when the black outside checkbox is enabled.
