Problem summary
Tag viewer overlay does not disappear after dragging a tag onto the viewer. After the mouse button is released, the overlay remains on top of the clip.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Hiero.
2) Select the project bin.
3) Press "Ctrl + i" to open the import window. Import a clip.
4) Select and drag the clip into the timeline to create a sequence.
5) Select the "Tabs" tab in the project bin.
6) Select a folder in the Tag Presets.
7) Drag one of the revealed tags onto the viewer and release it onto any of the available items that are revealed.
Result: The overlay revealed in step 7 does not disappear after the mouse button is released.

Workaround
Change the frame or adjust the zoom level in the viewer.

Expected behaviour
The tag overlay should disappear after the tag is applied.

Actual behaviour
The tag overlay remains in the viewer after the tag is applied.
