Problem summary
When importing alembic files containing camera data, the frame rate defaults to 24 in Nuke rather than inheriting the frame rate from the imported alembic file or the Nuke project settings frame rate.

Steps to reproduce
1. Create alembic camera export with frame rate set to 30.
2. Open Nuke
3. Set fps in project settings to 30.
4. Create camera node in Nuke. Go to file tab, check 'read from file' and load .abc file
