Problem summary
Modo crashes when rendering a boolean meshop with motion blur enabled. This seems to occur when the boolean creates two or more separate caps on the target mesh.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Select File>open and open the attached file.
3) Press F9 to render the scene.
Result: Modo immediately crashes. Some versions hung and did not present the crash reporter.

Unknown.

Earliest version tested
10.2v4 - Windows 10, OSX 10.13.4 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed

Expected behaviour
Modo should not crash when rendering this type of scene.

Actual behaviour
Modo crashes when rendering scenes with similar aspects to this one.
