ID 354840 - When creating a new layer within a Roto node, if the layer is selected and the node's properties bin is minimized and re-opened, any Beziers drawn will be created outside of the selected layer.
Summary Within a Roto or Rotopaint node, if you create a new layer, select that layer, then minimize the node's properties window, when you re-expand the node's properties window and draw a Bezier, the shape will be created outside of the selected new layer.
This issue occurs in all operating systems and in all regressive testing versions and in both the Roto and Rotopaint nodes.
Customer reported version nuke.10.5v7
Customer reported platform ubuntu
Steps to reproduce
1) Open a new Nuke script
2) Create a Roto node
3) In the Roto node properties, right-click on the 'Root' layer and select 'add new layer'.
4) Rename the layer to 'Test1', ensuring that the layer remains highlighted.
5) Minimize the Roto node's properties window using the minimize triangle in the top left corner (see below)
6) Once minimized, re-expand the selection and draw a Bezier shape in the viewer. Result: You will notice that the Bezier is not created within the selected layer, but outside the selected group. (see below)
Workaround This issue is being caused the minimization and re-expansion of the nodes properties bin. By default, when selecting off a node this properties bin remains open.
Although there is a setting within the control panel preferences, that when turned on will automatically collapse the properties bin. (see below)
We would recommend turning off this setting if you find you are regularly encountering this issue, until this issue is revised in a future nuke release.

Earliest version tested Nuke 7.0v10 - This issue appears to be in all versions of the product
Expected behaviour When the Roto or Rotopaint node has a new layer that is selected when the properties bin is minimized, when re-opening any created Beziers should be created within the selected layer
Actual behaviour When the Roto or Rotopaint node has a new layer that is selected when the properties bin is minimized, when re-opening any created Beziers are created at the 'Root' directory not within the selected layer.
