1. Go to UV layout 2. Run 'glmeter' 3. Add a cube 4. In polygon mode, press 'd' to subdivide 7 times 5. In the UV view, hold alt+shift+LMB and pan around NOTE: I get 125 FPS 6. Enable preferences > display > 3D information overlays > UV coverage 7. In the UV view, hold alt+shift+LMB and pan around
RESULT: Glmeter now shows 3 FPS. A very large performance hit.
NOTE: The "UDIM Indicator" tool also has it's own "show coverage" option, but this performs well on the same geometry. There is no performance hit.
