VR display can sometimes show empty/untextured faces on a textured object.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Hold "Ctrl" and click the sphere tool in the modeling tab to create a unit sphere.
3) Select the "Paint" layout via the top bar.
4) Select Paint tools>Paintbrush to activate the paintbrush tool.
5) Hold left click and drag to paint on the mesh, and paint randomly on the mesh. Repeat this process with different colors, selected via the color picker.
6) After the mesh is painted in each polygon, select the "VR" layout in the top bar.
7) Pan around the mesh, either via the viewport or using a VR headset.
Result: Some faces may be blank or uncolored.

Expected behaviour
VR display should be identical to the standard viewport display.

Actual behaviour
Some face textures disappear in the VR viewport that are visible in the standard viewport.
