Problem summary
Sliders for certain colour adjustment layers are in the incorrect position when their value is 0.0
This seems to affects the Hue Shift slider for HSL, HSV and Hue Shift adjustment layers and all of the sliders in the Color Balance adjustment layer.
When reopening files in which the slider's values have been set manually to 0.0, the sliders have incorrect position again.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Mari 4.x
2) Open an example project
3) Create either Hue Shift adjustment layer from the Layers palette toolbar
4) The Hue Shift settings slider does not represent the correct value of 0.0
Workaround
Use the arrow keys to adjust the values
