Problem summary
Unable to modify keyframes in graph editor after moving keys.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Hold "Ctrl" and click the Sphere tool to create a sphere primitive.
3) Select the "animate" layout tab.
4) Select the key transforms button in the bottom right.
5) Press "W" to activate the transform tool.
6) Advance the timeline several frames, then move the cube and key it again.
7) Repeat step 6 until there are 4 keyframes.
8) Press "f7" to open the graph editor.
9) Marquee (click and drag) in the timeline portion of the graph editor to select the last two keys.
10) Click and drag on one of the selected keys to move it. Move it to another frame.
11) Now, try to select/move a point in the graph. Result: It will be selectable, but not move.
Workaround
Deselect the item and reselect it.

Keyframes should be selectable/editable in the graph editor.
Actual behaviour
Keyframes become selectable, but not modifiable.
