Problem summary
Audio will stop playing or become muted when the Frame Rate is changed to 29.97 or 59.94 fps on the timeline.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Nuke Studio or Hiero and import a .wav file.
2) Place the .wav audio recording onto the timeline to generate a sequence.
3) Play the timeline to hear the audio, and view the Sequence bin to the left of the timeline.
4) Change the Frame Rate to 29.97 fps and listen to the audio.
5) Change the Frame Rate to any other setting and listen for audio.
6) Change the Frame Rate for 59.94 fps and listen to the audio.

Expected behavior
The audio should continue to play back when switching the fps for the sequence to either 29.97 or 59.94 fps.

Actual behavior
The audio will become muted or stop playing back when changing the frame rate of the sequence to 29.97 or 59.94 fps.

NOTE: This issue does not occur with certain .wav files.
