Problem summary
Adjusting the Gain/Gamma values, or changing the channels, in the Viewer resets the Playback Cache when 'color management' is set to OCIO.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Change the 'color management' setting to OCIO (Edit > Project Settings > 'Color' tab)
3) Read in some footage (Image > Read) and attach it to the Viewer.
4) Play the footage through and see the frames caching.
5) Stop the footage from playing and adjust the Gain or Gamma. Notice that the Playback Cache is reset.
You can also reproduce this issue by changing channels (Press the R, G, B keys over the Viewer).
