Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Click the viewer window.
3) Press "Alt + w"
Result: The Region of Interest icon does not turn red.

11.2v3 - Windows 10, Centos 7.4
10.5v7 - OSX 10.13.5

Earliest version tested
10.5v7 - OSX 10.13.5 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed
Expected behaviour
The region of interest icon should activate and allow the user to drag and select a region of interest.

Actual behaviour
The region of interest icon remains gray, and clicking/dragging does not create a region of interest.
