ID 215838 - Soft effects become disabled when a clip in the timeline is retimed or altered

Soft Effects become disabled when a clip in the timeline is either retimed or altered, if the Soft Effect was applied to the original clip duration.

After applying a retime to the clip, or altering the length of a clip within the Spreadsheet view, there will be a black and red crosshatch on the soft effect, making the effect null.
