Problem summary
The shortcut key "F" to focus on an active selection does not work in the 3D View window. The issue can clearly be seen when entering the same shortcut key in the Preview Render window.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open the Render tab. This will display the windows for the Preview render and the 3D View. 

2) With an item selected in the Preview Render window, enter the shortcut key "F". This is focusing on the active selection. 

3) Select the same item in the 3D View window and enter the same shortcut key. This is not focusing on the active selection.  

Workaround
Use the shortcut key combination "Shift + A" to focus on an active selection in the 3D View.

Earliest version tested
Modo 10.2v4 - This issue appears in all versions of the product 

Expected behaviour
Entering the shortcut key "F" should focus on an active selection in the 3D View window. 

Actual behaviour
An active selection is not focused when entering the shortcut key "F" in the 3D View window.
