Steps to reproduce

1) Create a sphere, select it and then assign a material by pressing "M".

2) Go to the Shading tab. In the newly created material, open Add Layer and create a Cel Edges Material and a Cel Material under Custom Materials.

3) Start the Preview Render by pressing "F8". Navigate the scene camera to look at the sphere.

4) Compare the Cel rendered sphere with the sphere's wireframe. The outlined edges in the Preview Render look incorrect compared to the sphere's wireframe.
