Problem summary
Audio playback does not work through a monitor out device on Linux.

This has been tested with an Aja Kona 4 card with the latest supported driver version for Linux (12.4.1.1), as stated in our documentation:

Audio playback does work correctly from a monitor out device on Windows 10 with the latest supported drivers (12.41).

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Nuke Studio.

2) Import a WAV file and drop it onto the Timeline. For testing purposes, you may also want to import an image sequence to ensure that you are outputting from the monitor out device correctly.

3) Play back the Timeline and notice that the audio is not output from the monitor out device.

- The AJA drivers that we currently support were not supported in this version of Nuke.

Expected behaviour
Audio should play back through monitor out devices on Linux.

Actual behaviour
Audio playback does not work through monitor out devices on Linux.
