Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Nuke Studio
2) start a new project
3) File > Import File(s)... <- import a clip
4) drag and drop the clip onto the timeline to create a sequence
5) Right click on one of the clips >Effects > Grade
6) Right click on the clip again > Effects >Transform
7) Select the first clip in the sequence
8) Hit "alt + ," to move the clip item to a new track > The transform soft effect is left behind and has become invalid.
9) Hit "alt + ," again - the clip moves up to a new track and the invalid soft effect moves up one track so now have three video tracks
10) Hit "alt + ." to move the clip down - can't get the clip to go back to track 1 with both soft effects on it.
