Problem summary
Channels limited via the schematic can exceed their limits when keyed. The channels in the item properties will stop increasing/decreasing, but the keyframe value in the graph editor will continue to increase or decrease.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached scene.
2) Select the "Slider" item.
3) Select the "Animate" Layout tab.
4) Press "Shift + w" to key the position channels.
5) Press "f7" to open the graph editor.
6) Press "w" to enable the move tool.
7) move the slider, allowing the mouse cursor to exceed the slider box bounds.
Result: The position channels on the item will not exceed 500mm. However, the keyframe values on the graph editor will exceed 500mm.

Expected behaviour
Keys should not exceed values shown in the channel box.
Actual behaviour
Keys exceed the value shown in the channel box, which skews interpolation between keyframes.
