Problem summary
When manipulating a scene during a Live Render, updates in the Monitor are delayed significantly on Windows while they are much more responsive on Linux.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Katana and load the "Hello Pony" example project.
  2. Start a Live Render.
  3. Expand the scene graph.
  4. Look through /root/world/camera/cam in the Viewer and start to move the camera around.

Expected behaviour
The Live Rendered image updates in the Monitor. The updates on Windows and Linux happen at roughly the same speed.

Actual behaviour
The Live Rendered image updates in the Monitor. The updates on Windows are significantly slower than on Linux.

Workaround
Unknown.
