Problem summary
There is 1 second delay between key presses when cycling through a merge node Operations menu using single letter keyboard shortcuts pressed multiple times.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch Nuke
- Create a merge node by pressing “M”
- Access the Operations Menu drop-down for the merge node.
- Press a letter corresponding to the first letter of more than one option in the drop-down, for example press "S" on the drop-down menu.
- The highlight will move to the first.
- Press rapidly to switch to the next option with the same starting letter.
- There is a delay of roughly 1 second before the highlight will move to the next option.
- Tried again with intentional delay or around 1 second and the highlight moves to the next option upon key press.
- Issue occurs with the drop-down menus of other nodes properties sections.
Workaround
Wait 1 second between key presses.

Expected behaviour
The expected behavior is that the selection will move up or down the list in the Operation Menu between options with the same starting letter immediately upon button press.
Actual behaviour
1 second delay when pressing the same letter key to cycle through the options with the same starting letter.
