Problem summary
When using the Patches>Transform feature on a mask, not only the mask is effected but the texture layer as well.
The issue is not effecting procedural layers only paintable layers.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Mari and create a project with an object which has multiple patches
2) Create a procedural tiled layer and upload a Tile Image
3) Right click on the Tiled layer and choose Convert to Paintable
4) Right click on the new paintable layer>Layer Mask>Add Mask>Hide all
5) Go to the UV view, choose a patch and paint/bake lines on the mask to reveal the texture
6) Using the Select tool, choose the patch and go to Patches>Quick Copy
7) Select another patch and go to Patches>Quick Paste and then Patches>Transform>Flip Horizontal
8) The mask is flipped as expected but the texture layer is also flipped which is causing edge bleeding on texture

Only the mask should be flipped

Flipping the mask is causing the texture on the paintable layer to be flipped as well
