Problem summary
Exporting comps or transcodes from the Timeline ignores the version token number in the export preset.
This happens when using Create Comp Special... or Create Comp

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio
2) Import footage and add it to the Timeline
3) Right click on the shot>Effects>Create Comp Special...
4) Set the root directory
5) Use the Basic Nuke Shot preset, and set the Version token number to 12. Is will show the version number in the path preview:

6) Press Create Comp
7) View the created Nuke script. It doesn't have the version set in the Export dialog:

Workaround
If you export using Right Click>Export..., then the correct version is exported.
