Problem summary
Particle Look At Modifier points particles in the -Y axis. This occurs even when "Apply" is set to 0%.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Open the provided scene.
3) Open the viewport settings by pressing "O" on the keyboard.
4) Set "Replicators" to "All" to see replicated meshes.
5) Select the Replicator Item in the item bin and set the Point Source channel to "Surface Particle Generator."
Result: The replicated meshes are pointing upwards.
6) Set the Point Source channel to "Particle Look At Modifier."
Result: The particles are pointing downwards, rather than towards the render camera.
7) Select the Particle Look At Modifier in the item bin.
8) Change "Apply" to 0%
Result: The mesh points straight downwards, rather than in the same direction as step 5.

Expected behaviour
The particle look at modifer should rotate the particle to point its +Z axis towards the target set on the particle look at modifier, the expected result is shown below from Modo 12.0v1.
Actual behaviour
When set to "This Locator" or "Render Camera" the particle is flipped/rotated towards the -Y axis, example of the issue shown below from Modo 13.0v1.
