Problem summary
Exporting Curves in Modo creates undesired mesh polys or is missing after importing.
This issue does not occur when exporting with the luxology (.lxo) file format.

Steps to reproduce:
1) From Modo, create a Curve.
2) Export as .OBJ or .3DM file.
3) Import the exported object from step 2.
4) Observe any polys or missing mesh.

Expected behavior:
The curves should be imported as it appeared when exporting, without additional poly information.
Actual behavior:
The exported curves appears with extra polygon information or is missing entirely upon import, depending on the exported file type.
