Problem summary
When using Bezier Effector, the mesh is not following the curve as expected.
Some vertices are away from the object.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and create a procedural Cylinder using Mesh Ops
2) Create a Mesh and draw the source curve using the Bezier Curve tool
3) Create another Mesh and draw the target curve using the Bezier Curve tool
4) Go to the Cylinder mesh under the Mesh Ops tab and add a Bezier Effector operator
5) Go to the Bezier Effect properties and from the Source Curve drop-down menu choose the curve created in step 2
6) From the Target Curve drop-down menu choose the curve created in step 3
7) Go to the Cylinder properties and increase the number of Segments
8) Result: some vertices are out of order
