Problem summary:
When localising media at the same time as working within the GUI, you can encounter performance issues and lag in the UI and during playback during the localising process.
This issue occurs within Nuke Studio and Hiero versions 11.1v1 and later.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Within Nuke Studio or Hiero, localize a project with multiple clips or assets.
2) During the localization process, scrub the timeline, you may encounter stuttering of the UI or lagging.
3) Playback a video in the Viewer and observe the performance.
Workaround
There is no current workaround for this issue.

Expected behavior:
The performance should remain stable and fluid while localising files.
Actual behavior:
The performance stutters, the UI will become unresponsive and can freeze when localizing.
