Problem summary:
Modo crashes on launch when a specific configuration is loaded with a Preset Browser window open.

Customer reported version:
modo.12.2v1

Customer reported platform:
windows10

Steps to reproduce:
1) In Modo, create a 3D Window [Layout > Windows > Tabbed 3d]

2) Remove/Delete or replace all available tabs in the 3D window with Preset Browser tabs [Data Lists > Preset Browser]

3) Leaving the window open, close Modo to have the configuration file saved.

4) Locate the config file and open it in a text editor.

- The default location in Windows is: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Luxology\MODOXX.X.CFG

5) Modify the config file by locating the Preset Browser and replace the guts (without changing the id's of elements) with the following code:

<hash type="presetbrowserview" key="edit.81203893719:tabpreset" val="unregistered">

      <atom type="Hash">70529893721:pbview</atom>

      <atom type="OverrideDefaultBasePaths">Materials_Library</atom>

      <atom type="FilterBy">(none)</atom>

      <atom type="Identifier">Materials_Library</atom>

      <atom type="UseAlternateMode">0</atom>

      <atom type="Mode">vthumbs</atom>

      <atom type="AllowDirBrowser">0</atom>

      <atom type="AllowNavPathToolbars">0</atom>

      <atom type="AllowFullViewWhenEmbedded">1</atom>

      <atom type="AllowZoomToolbar">1</atom>

      <atom type="AllowFilterToolbar">0</atom>

      <atom type="showPathsOnGroups">0</atom>

      <atom type="ShowEmptyGroups">0</atom>

      <atom type="MultiDirMode">group</atom>

      <atom type="ListHierarchy">1</atom>

      <atom type="SortMode">alpha</atom>

      <atom type="FilterStringAffectsDirs">0</atom>

      <atom type="FilterStringEnable">1</atom>

      <atom type="ViewportLock2">0 0</atom>

      <atom type="MinHeader">1</atom>

      <atom type="QuadLock">0</atom>

      <atom type="ViewportTitle">Title 1</atom>

      <atom type="ViewportClass">vpembedded</atom>

    </hash>

6) Save the config file and launch Modo.

Workaround:
The current workaround is to have the 3D Window closed when exiting Modo, and then re-opening the 3D window after Modo is launched.

Reproduced by support in:

Modo 12.2v1 - Windows 10

Unable to reproduce bug in:

Modo 12.1v2 - Windows 10

Earliest version tested:
Modo 12.1v2 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed

Expected behavior:
Modo should launch without crashing, and on the instance is does launch, the user should be able to click the Preset Browser tabs without crashing.

Actual behavior:
Modo will either crash when launching with the configuration file, or if it launches without crashing, will crash after selecting a Preset Browser tab in the 3D Window.
