Problem summary
When editing tags within the Timeline Editor, if the user opens a tag window (clicking on a tag on the timeline) then clicks off the window, right-click context functions ( export window, adding effects etc. ), and Editorial controls no longer work until a timeline change has occurred.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open NukeStudio, import a few clips into the timeline.
2) Add a tag to one of the tracks
3) On a track, right click and press the Export menu action.
4) Close the Export window
5) On the track with the tag, click on the tag to open the tag window
6) Click off the tag window to close it
7) Right click another track and press the Export menu action
Result: The Export window will no longer open until a clip is added to the timeline
Workaround
The easiest way to workaround this issue is to click into another tab or window after closing the Tag window.
This will reset the behaviour and Timeline context menu actions are re-enabled.

Expected behaviour
NukeStudio/Hiero should close the tag window and allow use of other context menus.
Actual behaviour
Improperly closed tag menu causes Right click context menu to not function correctly. This also includes any Editorial Controls not functioning, such as ALT+comma/period to move the shot on the Timeline, or Backspace to remove a shot.
