Problem summary
Any tools that are added to the Tool HUD cannot be removed and the delete icon is only appearing for the right-most tool.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Use "Ctrl + Tab" to open the Tool HUD.
3) Hover the mouse arrow over the tools in the HUD and notice that only the right-most tool icon has the (X) delete icon.
4) Clicking on the delete icon doesn't remove the tool from the HUD.

Earliest version tested
Modo 12.0v1 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed.
Expected behaviour
Any tools that are in the Tool HUD should be removable with a small (X) delete icon appearing when hovering over each of these tools.
Actual behaviour
In Modo 12.2v1, tools in the Tool HUD can't be deleted and only the right-most tool has the delete icon when hovering the mouse pointer over it.
In earlier versions, you can delete the right-most tool but the other tools can't be removed.
