ID 378783 - Exporting a mesh to an FBX file creates "Disco UV" values in the UV map for the mesh

Follow

Problem summary
Exporting a mesh to an FBX file creates "Disco UV" values in the UV map for the mesh. The "Disco UV" values are not supposed to be created on export in the UV map and if there are any user created "Disco UV" values, these should not be deleted from the UV map.

Customer reported version
Modo 12.2v1

Customer reported platform
Windows 7

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo.

2) Create a mesh layer and add a primitive to it, for example, the Cylinder primitive.

3) Select the mesh layer and export it to an FBX file with default export settings.

4) Import the FBX file into a new scene in Modo.

5) Select the imported mesh layer and go to Geometry -> Mesh Cleanup.

6) In the Mesh Cleanup window, disable any other options except the "Merge Disco Values" option.

7) In the result window that appears after using the Mesh Cleanup tool, there have been vertex map values merged in the UV map for the mesh, i.e. "Disco UV" values. The "Disco UV" values are not supposed to be created in the UV map when exporting the mesh to an FBX file.
