Problem summary
The first layer in a 16/32 bit channel has the Colorspace Enabled set to Enable but every successive layer has this option set to Disable.
With 8 bit Channels, the Colorspace Enabled feature is set to Enabled in every layer as expected
When creating 16/32 bit Quick Channel, every layer is set to Disabled

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Mari and load an example project
2) Create a new Channel form the Channels Palette>Add Channel with either 16 or 32 bit depth
3) Go to the Layers Palette, select the Base layer and open the Advanced Blending Options
4) Notice that the Colorspace Enabled is set to Enable
5) Add a new Layer and check the Colorspace Enabled in the Advanced Blending Options once more for the new Layer
Result: every successive layer is set to Disable

8bit channels work as expected

Expected behaviour
Every layer to have the same settings for the Colorspace Enabled feature regardless of the Channel bit depth
