Problem summary:
An error occurs when importing a specific .SVG file in Modo.

Steps to reproduce:
1) From Modo, select File > Import.
2) Import the attached .SVC file.
3) Observe any error messaging.
Workaround:
The current workaround is to drag+drop the file into the viewport for loading the .SVG file.

Expected behavior:
