ID 303189 - OBJ Global import settings don't affect import dialog

When you set your global OBJ settings to import as CM, and then you import an OBJ, the popup defaults to Meters. This is a great annoyance when importing many models at a time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to System>Preferences and go to File I/O>Wavefront I/O and set your units to CM.
2. Gotr to File>Import and choose an OBJ, then in the dialog box you will see Meters.

Workaround

Change meters to cm each time you import.
