Problem summary
Our user is experiencing extremely slow load times within their Node Graph in NukeStudio.
The issue appears to be caused by having a Soft Effect above their Nuke TrackItem.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached Project and nuke Scripts
2) Reconnect the Nuke Scripts within the Project
3) Double click one of the TrackItems to load it and wait
4) Keep waiting
5) After 5 minutes, if the Node Graph has not loaded, reopen the Sequence
6) Delete the Burn in Soft-Effect and reopen the Node Graph.
7) The Node Graph will take a few seconds, then load as expected.
Result: The Node Graph appears to take longer to load due to the Soft Effect
Workaround
Disable or Delete the Soft Effect and reload the Node Graph
