Problem summary
Image files don't get applied as thumbnail images for LXO presets when using the "Replace Icon With Image File" option in the Preset Browser.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo. Save the current scene as an LXO file in a new directory. 
 

2) Press "F6" to open the Preset Browser window. Click on "add path" in the Preset Browser and add the new directory. 
 

3) Go to the added directory and select the LXO preset. Right-click and select the "Replace Icon With Image File" option. 
 

4) Select an image file to load as a thumbnail image for the LXO preset. The image file has now not been applied as a thumbnail image for the LXO preset. 

Workaround

1) Open the LXO file in Modo and then click on the Scene Item in the top of the Item list. 
 

2) Go to the Scene Properties tab and then select the "Load Thumbnail" option. 
 

3) Select an image file to load as a thumbnail image for the LXO file. 
 

4) Save the scene file and then press "F6" to open the Preset Browser. The imported thumbnail image is now refreshed and displayed for the LXO preset.

Modo 11.1v1 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7 - MacOSX 10.13 

 

Earliest version tested
Modo 11.1v1 - Windows 10 - CentOS 7 - MacOSX 10.13 - The feature did not exist before this version. 

Note: LXO files can't be added as presets in the Preset Browser in versions before Modo 11.1v1. 

 

Expected behaviour
Thumbnail images should be applied to LXO presets when using the "Replace Icon With Image File" option in the Preset Browser.
