ID 381024 - Using commands from the "ACS2" kit to adjust poses of characters results in longer saving times

Problem summary
If commands are used from the "ACS2" kit to adjust poses of characters, the time it takes to save the scene is longer than expected. Saving the scene gradually increases in time depending on how many times the commands are used from the kit. 

The problem is only occurring when using the "ACS2" kit in Modo 12.2v1 on Windows.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open the attached scene with the "ACS2" kit installed in Modo. 

2) Go to ACS -> Palettes -> "Main Palette". In the ACS window, go to "Actions & Poses" and click on "Load Pose" to open the Preset Browser. 

3) In the Preset Browser, open any of the visible folders and drag available preset poses to different keyframes by scrubbing the timeline.

4) Use different ACS commands multiple times from the Main Palette to adjust the poses of the character.  

5) Save the current scene and notice that it takes longer than normal to save the scene after using the commands from the "ACS2" Kit. 

6) Restart Modo and open the scene to then save it again. Saving the scene is now faster without using the "ACS2" kit. 

Workaround
Use the "ACS2" kit in Modo 12.1v2 or earlier versions.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Modo 12.2v1 - MacOSX 10.13 - CentOS 7  
Modo 12.1v2 - Windows 10 

Earliest version tested
Modo 12.1v2 -Windows 10 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed. 

Expected behaviour
Saving the scene should be performed fast without increased saving times after using any commands from the "ACS2" kit. 

Actual behaviour
If commands from the "ACS2" kit are used to animate characters, then the time it takes to save the scene is longer than expected. The saving time gradually increases depending on how many times the commands are used from the kit.
